Capra was an Australian Shepherd, who along with Repo was one of the founding members of the firm’s Comfort Staff. Born in Boulder, Colorado, Capra could have been herding sheep in New Mexico or New Zealand. Instead, Capra was relegated to chasing tennis balls and playing basketball. Although her jump shot was nothing to brag about, there was never a player in the NBA, any quicker or more tenacious on defense. Capra dutifully attended literally hundreds of telephone depositions often expressing looks of incredulity, when defendants denied responsibility for obvious medical and nursing malpractice. After sixteen years on this Earth, her loyalty, intensity, innate intelligence, and beautiful blue eyes are deeply missed.
